Veterinary Doppler Blood Pressure Meter Clinical application skills :
1.It is advised not to fasten the probe when in examination in the section of outpatient. Because the sound of artery will disappear when pet moves. It is better to press the probe with one’s finger. It is more time-saving and convenient to re-post the probe when the sound of artery disappears. When pets in operation is in anesthesia, it is better to fasten the probe with adhesive tape .
2.There is needing to apply a little more pressure to make the probe contact pets skin as much as possible .
3.It is advised to listen to the sound of pulse with earphone because the sound can be heard clearer and pets can be protected from being scared by the sound .
4.If using speaker, please appropriate volume. If too loud, it is not good to ear and some sound will be missed .
5.Keeping pet’s leg straight. If not, blood flow will be influenced and the examination result will not be so accurate .
6.It is better to do the measurement for 6 to 7 times so that pets become calm. And First few numerical values will be higher and following
